Dusky Flycatcher

Description: A fairly common to common breeder in the mountains, though less common at higher elevations. Generally occurs in scrubbier areas than Hammond's, such as willow thickets, ponderosa woodland with a dense understory, Gambel oak forest, and openings and edges of spruce-fir woodland. An uncommon migrant throughout, but often difficult to identify in migration.
